Retainers range from 2 to 20 hours per week. Engagements are a minimum of three months.
Campaign strategy
- Provide campaign roll-out recommendations, including milestones for priority actions.
- Co-develop a communication calendar and production plan.
- Co-develop communication strategies to maximize engagement and donor participation.
- Lead creative content planning sessions to ensure messaging and storytelling are timely, relevant, and produced on schedule.Â
- Support campaign from inception to launch, providing weekly strategy meetings.  Â
- Support for a campaign launch event.
Broad-based fundraising (Annual Giving)
- Provide direct response recommendations.
- Co-develop a solicitation calendar and production plan.
- Co-develop communication strategies to maximize engagement and donor participation.
- Lead quarterly creative content planning sessions to ensure messaging and storytelling are timely, relevant, and produced on schedule.Â
- Support engagement and solicitation campaigns through weekly strategy meetings.  Â
- Support for a day of giving event.
Engagement (Membership)
- Provide awareness, cultivation, and retention recommendations.
- Co-develop a communication calendar and production plan.
- Co-develop communication strategies to maximize depth of engagement and retention.
- Lead quarterly creative content planning sessions to ensure messaging and storytelling are timely, relevant, and produced on schedule.Â
- Support signature engagement campaigns through weekly strategy meetings.  Â
- Support signature engagement events.
Team development
- Co-develop streamlined workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in strategic planning to align processes with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team dynamics and performance.
- Provide change management strategies for implementing process improvements.
- Promote a collaborative culture within the organization.Â
